2. Services Provided
Funes Remodeling & Cleaning offers remodeling and cleaning services. The specifics of each service, including timelines and costs, will be agreed upon prior to beginning the project. We commit to performing the work professionally and within the stipulated timeframe, subject to material availability and external conditions.

 

3. Estimates and Payments
Estimates provided are valid for a specific period and are subject to changes if the project scope is modified. Payments are to be made according to the agreed schedule, including an initial deposit and partial or final payments as applicable. Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

 

4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide access to the work area at the agreed time and ensure there are no obstacles hindering work progress. Any delay caused by lack of access or site preparation will be the client’s responsibility and may affect the project timeline.

 

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering high-quality services and guarantee client satisfaction on all remodeling projects. In case of any discrepancies, the client may request adjustments within 30 days after project completion.

 

6. Modifications and Cancellations
Any project modification must be communicated in writing and may involve changes in cost and delivery time. In case of service cancellation, the client will be responsible for costs related to work already performed or materials acquired.

 

7. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All designs, plans, and proposals developed by Funes Remodeling & Cleaning are the intellectual property of the company and may not be used by the client for other purposes without our consent.

 

8. Limitation of Liability
Funes Remodeling & Cleaning is not liable for damages or delays caused by events beyond its control, such as adverse weather conditions, supply chain issues, or any other external factor.
