Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Completed Services
Due to the customized nature of our remodeling and cleaning services, we do not offer refunds once the project has been completed and delivered. We strive to ensure client satisfaction at every stage and aim to resolve any issues that may arise.

 

2. Deposits and Advance Payments
Deposits and advance payments are necessary to secure services and cover initial costs for materials and planning. These payments are non-refundable if the client chooses to cancel the project after work has begun, as they are considered initial service costs.

 

3. Cancellations Before Project Start
If the client chooses to cancel the project before work begins, they may request a partial refund of the deposit, subject to an administrative fee and deduction for expenses incurred in planning and materials purchased.

 

4. Adjustments and Issue Resolution
Funes Remodeling & Cleaning is committed to resolving any issues that may arise during or after project execution. In the case of dissatisfaction, clients may contact us to review the work performed and make adjustments, as long as it falls within the terms of the contract.

 

5. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be considered in special cases at the discretion of Funes Remodeling & Cleaning. Any exceptional refund will be processed under agreed terms with the client and within a reasonable timeframe.
